The Hague Ammunitie Haven
Jacobus grew up on a houseboat moored in this harbour where in the past ammunition was unloaded.
His father Nicolas and mother Dina were traveling musicians in earlier days as were his parents Gerrit and Christina. They had six children, 4 girls and 2 boys of which Jacobus (Jack) was the second oldest.
