The young Leferink boys absorbed in reading

When we left for Australia, quite a bit of furniture moved to Gendt: the tall reading lamp, the bookcase with its glass in lead door, the "rookstoel" (comfortable chair where one lit a cigar or pipe and enjoyed a smoke), a small alabaster base lamp on the bookcase. All the bound "Katholieke Illustratie" magazines, with their green or red covers and gold lettering as well.
It's nice to spot some of these on this photograph.
